Your USCA Member Number appears on your USCA membership card. If you cannot find your USCA Member Number, please contact the USCA office by telephone (561-478-0760) or e-mail.

Your inital temporary Password is your last name with the first letter capitalized. For example, Smith. After you log into the Members Only section, it will prompt you to set a permanent Password of your choice.
