Tournament is limited to 32 players
This 2024 rescheduled tournament will be a qualifier for the 2025 GC Nationals. Players will first sign-up on a wait list. This is to insure that SE members have priority. After the allocation date of March 7, players will be moved from the wait list to the registered list and will be sent an email notification that payment is due.
The Hilton Garden Inn Southern Pines - Pinehurst has blocked off 10 rooms (7 Kings and 3 Doubles) for the tournament. Dates are Wed 4/2 thru Sun 4/6. The price is $210 + tax and includes breakfast. The block is available for registration through 3/15/25. If needed, and if rooms are available, they will allow more rooms to block.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to the deadline will receive a credit to your account less a $25 handling charge. Any cancellation made after the deadline will forfeit any fees made except in the case of injury or illness less a $25 handling fee. Should an event be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be made to participants.
