Waitlist and Player Updates

As with any major event, player circumstances can change, and withdrawals may occur. If that happens, replacements will be selected from the waitlist in order of D-Grade. Players may also withdraw from the waitlist if their availability changes — please do so promptly to help us fill spots efficiently.

  • The initial allocation of 24 players took place on September 15, based on D-Grade rankings. The lowest-ranked players admitted at that time had the highest D-Grades available.
  • An additional 8 spots were allocated on October 15, from among 14 players with D-Grades above 2300. These were awarded in order of registration, as published on the tournament webpage.
  • We currently have a strong waitlist. Last year, five players withdrew, so there is a real chance of movement from the waitlist.
  • A total of 91 players joined the waitlist. For simplicity, we are listing only those with a D-Grade above 2100 below. If needed, we will extend further into the 2000s.

If you're still hoping to play, join and/or stay on the waitlist. If your plans change, please remove yourself to allow others a chance to participate.

We have a hotel block at discounted rates again this year at the Hilton Double Tree in West Palm Beach.  If the hotel is full contact me.  More rooms can be added.  Please use this link specifically as copying it from one browser to another browser will remove the connections required.
Booking Link: https://www.hilton.com/en/book/reservation/deeplink/?ctyhocn=PBIAADT&groupCode=CDT90Q&arrivaldate=2026-02-08&departuredate=2026-02-15&cid=OM,WW,HILTONLINK,EN,DirectLink&fromId=HILTONLINKDIRECT .  The hotel reservation has standard cancellation terms so we suggest booking now and changing
your reservation later if needed.  Last year the market rates changed and all reservations were lowered to the new price.

If you are in need of local hosting at a local members home, please notify us as soon as possible.
