Entry limit 40 players
This is a no-frills tournament. Entry fee is $325. A beverage station is available. Buffet lunch will be available for purchase, cost is $27.95.
The Allocation Date is 15 August. If the event is oversubscribed on that date, the list will be sorted by DGrade* and the top 40 players will be offered places. The remaining players will be placed on a waiting list. If a vacancy arises, the waiting list will be newly sorted by DGrade and the highest-ranked player will be offered the place.
If the tournament is undersubscribed on the Allocation Date, all the entrants will be offered places, and additional places will be offered in order of receipt of entry until the event is full.
A beverage station will be provided. Daily Lunches are not provided but will be available for purchase.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, September 12, 2025 at 12:01 AM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to the deadline will receive a credit to your account less a $25 handling charge. Any cancellation made after the deadline will forfeit any fees made except in the case of injury or illness less a $25 handling fee. Should an event be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be made to participants.
