WCF World GC Championship Qualifier Tournament - Chesapeake Bay CC Hartfield, VA

The purpose of this tournament is to fill the Qualifying Places in the 2024 WCF GC World Championship. As of now there are four Qualifying Places reserved in the Championship; this number will be increased if any places are returned (withdrawn) after the Championship Cut-Off Date (September 2). Players in the Qualifier must be prepared to play up to six games in a day, and are expected to have made a firm commitment to play in the Championship if offered a Qualifying Place.
A player who has previously been offered, or who currently holds, a Ranking, Wild Card, or Membership place in the Championship is not eligible for the Qualifier.
Qualifier Allocation Date: July 14. All entries received as of this date will be sorted in order of World Ranking DGrade (as published at the end of this date [GMT]. Note that the Qualifier Ranking List does not have a minimum games or current ranking requirement.). If the tournament is over-subscribed on this date, entries will be accepted in Ranking List order and the remaining entries will be added to the Qualifier Reserve List. If a space later becomes available it will be filled by highest-ranked player on the Reserve List as of the date the space became available.
Closing Date: September 29. No entries will be accepted after this date.
Entry fee: US$120 (US$60 for students). Payment is not required until after the allocation date of July 14, 2024.
