Members will first join a wait list so that Midwest members have priority. Wait listed members will be moved to the registered list after the allocation date of May 15. They will be notified by email and will then need to pay r=the entry fee.

THE EVENT MAY SAY IT IS FULL BUT IT IS NOT. THAT HAS TO BE DONE TO INITIATE THE WAIT LIST.

Should an event be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be made to participants.
